Terms and Conditions
- Tasks and time spent are itemised your reference.
- Our Team are available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Emails are responded to daily with a timeframe for clients request. We CANNOT guarantee same day delivery of support tasks but will do our best to work with your timeframes.
- We CANNOT always facilitate ‘urgent’, but will try to work with you as best as we can. A little planning takes a lot of stress away.
- Time Blocks have a 12 month expiry.
- Clients will be advised when down to 1 hour remaining (3 hours upwards), and further time will be negotiated and invoiced.
- If tech support is required we may advise and connect you with one of our trusted Technical partners to ensure the issue is resolved. Their fees will be the client’s responsibility.
- We do not offer website design and technical support, but can assist with content and imagery changes and basic WordPress maintenance.
Marketing on call support can include:
- Digital Marketing Audits
- Strategy phone calls
- Systems setup
- Social Media support
- Social Media management
- Newsletters, Blog posts and other Content creation
- Campaign mapping using our Mapping Tool on your behalf (must purchase separately)
- Campaign content implementation and management
- Text changes to websites (no technical support or design)
- Digital Marketing support
- Phone Training and support calls
